Returns Policy

WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 

  • Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. 
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange on the item, as the size or item may no longer be available. 
  • Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached, and must be unworn and unwashed. Also items with a security ribbon attached cannot be returned if the ribbon is removed. 
  • You do not need to notify us that you are making a return but  we do  recommend you obtain a tracking number for  your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account. 
  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. It is also important that you’re aware that the cost of returns must be paid by the customer.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

 

  • We do not offer free or prepaid returns. 
  • Please pop a note in your parcel, with your full name, telephone number and order number, or alternatively include your order slip in your parcel.

FAULTY ITEM? 

 

  • We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible. 
  • Please email 'customercare@hattierose.co.uk'  with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours to resolve this issue for you.

 

 

REFUND

 

  • Once your return has reached us, please allow up to seven working days for it to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know when this has been done.
  •  Once everything has been processed, we will send you an email containing all of the details of your refund. Please be aware that it can take your bank a further 2-10 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card issuer
